Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Surf the Greats, we want you to love your gear. Since our apparel is made to order, we don't accept standard returns, but we're happy to help with size exchanges.

Exchanges

We accept size exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

A $5.00 USD exchange processing fee applies to approved exchanges.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us, and Surf the Greats will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

For additional exchanges on the same order, customers are responsible for all associated shipping and handling costs.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for sizing preferences, changes of mind, or accidental orders.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale, except where otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at aloha@surfthegreats.org.

Include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can review it.

If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

How to Request an Exchange

Email aloha@surfthegreats.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or misrepresented products.
